International Baccalaureate (IB) is a worldwide, nonprofit education program founded to give all students the opportunity to receive an education fit for a globalizing world. There are four IB education programs, all of which are intended to develop students’ intellectual, emotional, personal and social skills.

International Baccalaureate är ett gymnasieprogram som är ihopsatt av en internationell stiftelse. Programmet finns i över hundra länder, däribland Sverige. International Baccalaureate är i grunden ett tvåårigt program, men i Sverige måste ett gymnasieprogram vara tre år, därför ingår även ett förberedande år i utbildningen i Sverige.
